I want to collapse the distribution list in my e-mails to multiple people so that they only see the name of the distribution list, not every name in the e-mail. Also, block "reply all" action on recipients end.

I am soon to get mail redirected to me from a website and it will come to my normal ISP and them to my desktop. I want to be able to also send mail using the address of the website NOT my ISP. In fact I don't want any sign of my ISP address, just the website one.

Using Office 2007, Outlook for mail and sort by "newest on top". When I select other emails to view in the readingin pane, the selected email seems to always jump to the last email in my inbox. Anybody know a fix?

I cannot get Outlook 2007 to remember the default formatting I want for the notes section of my contacts files. While I'm at it, can I change the default font for the contact forms, too?

I have Outlook XP installed on a Windows XP machine. I recently reformatted the harddrive so everything was installed cleanly. I created multiple profiles in outlook. For some reason, when I go to check new messages, Outlook starts to download the messages and then closes

When I am sent email with large attachments (4Mb or more) outlook won't receive them and then all other emails sent don't come through. How do I set outlook to be able to handle large emails?
