I used to receive notification when my sent emails were read and received.  
Help refers to going to Tools,  then selecting email options, then tracking.  
I don't see email options.

I am getting message "not implemented" when I try to enter any data or create

cannot receive mail. 4 or 5 seconds after opening up outlook,a box
appears,stating' Oulook encountered a problem and needs to close. I closout
and it will re-appear. No incoming messages since Friday.
I ran F -PROT, AND AVAST, and found zero worms or viruses.

Cannot receive emails, when viewing send/receive details, my original 3 email
accounts have somehow repeated/duplicated themselves so I have 9 emails
accounts showing. They all show processing but, will continue to remain in

I tried to send a 14meg file which is now hung up my send function on
Outlook 2003.  I tried to right click and delete and it won't work.  How do I
remove this msg. from my send basket.  It says the msg. is in process.  
However, this has been the msg. for 2 hours.
