Why aren't my folders saved in the Favorite Folders? When I close Outlook (2003 and XP) and re-open they are not there and I have to add them again. Thank you.

I have lost an email folder in Outlook (not OE). It is stll there somewhere as it shows receiving email. Have checked folder list, subfolders etc but it is not in any of them

I have outlook 2007 installed along with office 2007. When we receive emails with an email attached to it, outlook will not open it......Help, my wife is killing me about this. It seems her friends do not understand that all you have to do is hit the forward button.

In Outlook 2003 running under Win XP SP2, when I send emails, they correctly go to Sent Items - UNLESS the message is a forwarded email - in which case no copy appears in Sent Items. Why?

My reading pane was working just fine until yesterday. Now the line that divides the e-mails from the reading pane is still there, but there is no e-mail to read in the pane - it's a blank space. Anyone know how to fix this?
