Hello.. Lately in order for mail to be sent in my outbox .. I have to reboot the computer before the out mail will be sent. Does any one know how I might fix this? or what is the problem?

I know there is a way to have voice messages that come as attachments to play automatically when you open the email. I currently have to open the attachments and play in Mediaplayer or another player.

I have set up to accounts--when using outlook express, I remember there being a option to switch identity somewhere. Now using Outlook, I cannot find the option to switch back and forth between two accounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Tried to send my first email using newly installed MS Office 2007 & got the above message. Got no help from HELP. Doesn't tell me what object can't be found, the email addresses are correct the internet link works.

I receive attachments that show 2 file sizes at the end of the attachment. For example (17KB) (17.7KB). These attachments do not open. Why do I receive them and how do Icorrect the problem?

I am using MS Outlook for all of our email clients but we are using a hosted service at 1and1.com for email. My goal is to be able to create certain accounts/folders that can be shared as a community folder between all/some of the users on our network here.
