How do you edit/delete quick parts in Outlook 2007?

One of my clients seems to have a glitch in his Outlook 2003 email, with the

Pictures in HTML emails in Outlook 2007 with Vista will not download.  If I
right click on the empty box all I get is "Copy".  The Trust Centre option on

when I set Word as the standard editor with Outlook 2003, all replies and
