I recently purchased a new laptop.
Office 2007 trial was already pre-installed, however I have no intention to
purchase and use 2007 so I installed my original copy of office 2003.

Can somebody help me to find where are the messages that Outlook express
erases or shrinks when it performs somehting to increase the memory on your
pc? this usally hapens once every two months or so and it moves the oldest
messages from your inbox, sent and deleted boxes

I seem to remember that there is a setting in Outlook 2007 that allows a
category assigned by a sender in the sender's email to be preserved in the
email when received by the recipient.  I can't find the setting again.  Is
there a similar setting for Outlook 2003?  Can any one ...

Outlook 2003 sp2 on XP.
A user has reported that she has 2-year old items still sitting in her
Deleted Items folder, but at the same time things she deleted in February of
this year are no longer there.

I wish to set up a forwarding rule that will forward messages coming into my
work inbox to my personal inbox, but only while I'm away from the office. In
other words, between the hours of 6pm and 9am I want messages forwarded, but
not between 9am and 6pm.

I click on an embedded link in a message, and it says that I don't have
"permission" to visit that site.  I am the owner and have Administrator
rights.  I will visit any damn site I want to visit.  Why does Outlook decide
that I can't visit that link?

Hi All..interesting developement for me in Outlook 2003 (SP3).  When I click
down through my email the reading pane remains frozen on the first email. If
I open an email and close it the reading pane then displays that email.

which has Ooulook 2007.  everything looks great except i now have two
Personal Folders.  am i suppose to delete the original Personal Folder of
just name the new Personal Folder the default folder?

I have a user that is only able to send messages in Unicode when in Outlook
Web Access. I cannot find any setting that controls this. All other users
are fine. He is the only Mac user that uses OWA in a Mac.

tried to send mail with large attachment that is now hung up in 'outbox'.
When trying to delete says " Outlook trying to send message"  and won't allow

have a Office 2003 Outlook that tries to send a delivry receipt every minute.
I'm not able to delete the message. This reoccurs after having changed the
options for receipts into never "Always ask before sending"but nevertheless
