I   just  loaded up my office to Visat. There is an option in outlook where
you can select how often you want your e-mail checked for  in coming
messages. I am  sorry I can't find  this  in  help   can you help out please

I am running O2003 SP2 on an EX2003 SP2 server.  One user has reported that
his Junk Email folder is in a foreign language (non-English).   Since this is
a system folder it cannot be renamed via properties.  Will the
/resetfoldername switch work?

Can someone tell me why when I delete email in Outlook 2007 they are not
deleting on my Blackberry Worldphone?  I am not using BES but using

I would like to delete unread emails (spam and useless emails), but they end
up in the Deleted folder along with useful emails. I only want to keep the

Can the Contact Notes Box be re-positioned so that it is not on the right side of the screen, but rather on the bottom. There is much more room there and would along your notes to span the entire width of the screen.
