I have a bunch of messages stacked up in my outbox, and apparently my
Outlook is set to "Work Offline."
Trouble is, there is no line under the File menu that says "Work
Offline" that I can uncheck.

We have recently implemented a Email Archive solution which imports all PSTs
company wide.  However, a problem we have encountered is that any rules are
broken which refer to the PSTs.
We need to be able to manipulate/edit the rules in a simple Find/Replace

I have a few macros that I use in outlook, and have the security
setting set to medium (so first time it prompts me if I want to use
macros.)
Unfortunately, by accident I clicked Disable macros when one such box

Why are some of my replies double spaced? I am using Word as an editor. When
I check the format options in the reply they say single space but body of
reply is still double spaced. I am using Outlook 2003, SP2.

Outlook user since beginning.  Heavy user of rules.  New cmptr so wanted to
export rules&alerts and install.  Discovered in past week my rules icon
"folder" and the pull down menu item disappeared.  Checked to see if moved to
another PD menu.  Running Detect & Repair ... no help. ...

What do I configure to allow attachments to be kept in the email? I can
receive original but if I reply attachment disappears. HELP!!

How to stop download mail i already have in .PST file. Situation is this.
Postfix mail server, MS Outlook 2007  and terminal services on w2k3 Std. i
have user account on server with terminal service. i move .PST file from
user's PC to server and after run MS Outlook it download ...

Occassionally when shuting down Outlook 2007 I'll get an error
message..."Outlook encountered a proble and has stopped working....Looking
for a solution to the problem"....(or similar words).  Outlook closes...then
immediately re-opens.  Outlook is running fine except for this ...

I've noticed that all my Sent Items for the month of February 2008 are
missing. I have items for March 2008 and for January 2008 and earlier.
Any idea what has happened to them and, more important, how I can get them
back.

Since recently upgrading to 2007, I have run into a problem with email
attachments not opening.  I think I have deduced that they all have .msg
extensions to the attachment file type.  or it says Outlook file type.  For
whatever reason they won't open.   Any help would be ...

I do have problem with unexpected self-creating folder (has no name, but if I
right-click on it I can delete, move etc. the folder with "name": <0w#25> )
in all MS Outlook data folders (I have: My Outlook, My Business, My Personal,
My System).

Whenever I get a commercial email, such as a store ad or newsletter I have
signed up for, I get the following message when highlight the incoming email
to open or delete it:

How can I read news groups from msoutlook?

My Outlook 2007 instant search has stopped working. It doesn't return any
results no matter what words I enter and even if I search all folders.
Desktop search doesn't find any emails, either.
Any ideas?

I have used Outlook extensively for e-mail. As of 3/13/08 the original
message text is no longer included when I reply to or forward an e-mail. I
checked my settings under Tools/ Options/ Preferences, E-mail options and
"include original messsage text" is checked for both reply ...
