Trying to use Calendar Printing Assistance but the program is downloading the calendar daily inputs twice on the same page. It's doing the same for all the shared folders that I have access to. Program is not flexible enough to let me make any adjustments.

Using Outlook 2007, is there an easy way to copy a contact to easily create another almost the same contact as ther original. This is where we have maybe 10 different contact names for the same company. Dave

I have one message in my outbox that will not send. Outlook attempts to send it each time I send out but is unable to do so with the one message. I get aneerror message ox8004210B operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending STMP server.

I had my Outlook reading panel set to the right in my reading pane. I still have it set that way, however it isn't showing up that way. I've reset my settings, turned off the computer, reset the reading pane to the right, it's still not there. How do I fix this?

I can not find a reason why this is doing this. i close outlook using the close X button in the upper right corner or by going to File--Exit. But Outlook continues to download and notify me of emails even though the program is closed.

My boss at work has 1,000+ emails in his Inbox (many have attachments) and lots more in other folders. Would this explain why Outlook is very slow? Or is there something we can do besides delete messages?
