I have designed a template with a signature and some formatting.
Well, I am kind of surprised about the lack of intuition to use

Should be "New->Message from template" to create a new message.

My boss says that occasionally, a new message comes in to his inbox and moves
directly from the inbox to the deleted items folder.  He said he saw the
unread number on the inbox go to 2.  A few seconds later, it went to 1 and

When i try to open a mail that i've recieved, i get a popup that tells me
"The own instructions cannot be installed"..
