When I am trying to delete messages in my inbox, I highlight the message and click the delete icon. Outlook, then deletes not only the highlighted message, but also two or three un-highlighted messages below it. Any solution to this temporay problem? THX

Set up a new account all info is correct, but the when I try to connect to Yahoo the username and password box keeps appearing even after I click ok many times and the connection is not completed. I have checked and rechecked all info several times. Can anyone advise ????

Outlook 2003. Messages come in as unopened but change to opened within minutes. Thought Verizon wireless synch was the cause but took that out of the equation.

My IT department can't help with this. Any e-mail I send has all text underlined even if I remove the underlining before I send. Anyone who replies to me inherits the underlining. Somebody please tell me how to make it stop it's driving me mad and it looks like I'm e-shouting ...
