In Outlook 2003 I allow AutoArchive every 14 days.  I cannot find my archived
email.  The Archive folders are all empty.  The archive.pst file will not
open with any program I try, tried Word, recommended, nothing happened.  
Where is all my old email?  

How can I make sure that an email is permanently deleted?  (Those both Sent
and Recieved).  I am using Outlook Express 6.0 and I am using the Edit, Empty
Deleted Items folder command.  Or I am deleting them individually.  My friend

A collegue has filed an important message (outlook 2003) in the wrong format
(it will only open as a notepad document) and I need to access it.  Any

I was once again looking to see how to remove the fax #'s from the select

Using Outlook 2007, my PST file is about 180 Mb.
If I compact it it turns into something like 175 Mb.

I have some IMAP accounts that I access under outlook.  I have no automatic
junk mail filtering set in outlook options but every time outlook opens it
will create a junk email folder in the imap account.
if i delete the folder then it will just re-appear next time outlook
