How do I get my outlook to work with my broadband ?

I have added a seperate drive to my computer that will be a shared drive on
our network.  I want to copy my Outlook over to it so we can use it for
Contacts, Calendar etc.  I do not want my e-mail account to be part of this
but would possibly like to set up a general e-mail ...

When I try to open my old outlook.pst file I get an error message that access
is denied and that I don't have permission to open the file. What can I do to
