I've read lots of posts but can not get clear understanding:
I want to respond/send to an email using an email list from excel.
Do I have to:
1      import the list to an outlook contact folder first?

I can 'read' it with Outlook 2007 and a friend cannot with Outlook 2003.  Is
the file type release dependent?

i tried to veiw any new messages but the send/recive button didnt work. i
right clicked and went to mail progress and the box said task errors

Using XP SP2. When I click the Quick Launch Show Desktop icon, the Outlook
window closes instead of minimizing. Other windows minimize as expected.

How can I make non-Outlook folders not deletable or renameable? I have
certain standard folders I want to ensure cannot be deleted either on purpose
or by accident. I have been unable to find a process on the internet. Any
help will be appreciated.

Can I send all emails in Outlook to Gmail my at once? Leaving college and
want to keep all my college emails that I have. Can I move them all at once
or do I have to forward them all individually.

I cannot print outlook messages, I cannot change an email in junk to be in my
inbox.  I have tried the first and second option in this discussion. If I try
the 3rd, don't I lose all my emails?  I can't do that!

would like to compose a notice to customers, personalize with name, date and
amount & amt of last pruchase and send to e-mail addr.  similar to mail merge
in MS word.  the data is stored in excel but can xfer to access too.

I have a Palm Tungsen E2 with HotSync which has a "documents to go" feature.  
Before when I syncronized with my desktop Outlook, the "documents to go"  was
synced like the calendar, etc.  Now it does not. What to do?

Whenever I customize my Outlook 2003 toolbars e.g. add a new button or add a
new toolbar group, they are not saved & do not re-appear on the next startup.
A couple of program generated toolbar (AVG anti-virus & Blue Soleil
Bluetooth synchronization) add-ins DO re-apear though!
