Is there a way to recover deleted sent mail?  I was able to recover the
Deleted Items using Recover Deleted Items but it only recovered items itn the

  I have mellinium edition,  outlook express 6.  When I open up outlook
express or press send/receive  I get the following error when I go to

I am not a spammer and I am becoming very sick and tired of these excessive

Trouble downloading email into Outlook 2003 from ISP, particularly junk mail
and occasionally Inbox messages.  Have to access ISP email site to check and
then delete junk mail.  Also, occasionally Outlook downloads same messages
more than once.
