Had exported outlook pst to portable hard drive to put on new laptop.  Midway
through, i accidently hit cancel.
Ever since then when i open outlook, i get same error message:

My coworkers and I can't answer this question in Outlook.

Outlook appears to close but my backup program reports that the pst files are
open and so will not touch them.  I also get warning  messages at the set
intervals that Outlook has failed to connect with my ISP. Task Manager does
not list Outlook as an active program.
