It's only these few days that I have this issue. Seems like emails are sent to me via plain text form even though usually it is in HTML. There are weird characters which look like Chinese words. Any Solution?

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to allow third party applications to send via Outlook without receiving security warnings? Also same issue in Outlook 2007, but... I have set Outlook 2007 to never warn me under the Tools/Trust Centre menu and I still recieve the popup
