We are having serious problems sending PDFs to Outlook clients on MS Exchange
Server.  See the KB937625.  We do not have control over the recipients sites

Cannot send with either GMail or Yahoo accounts. The error I am getting

I want to color a message from my supervisor, different color for manager etc.

I tried to send an email with a huge file size and now I can't delete it and
it won't transmit. It's 28MB. I tried to archive it, but since it's not more
than a day old ever, it won't allow it. It won't allow anything else I've
tried since "message has already begun transmission" ...

Is there a way to have a sound file play when an attachment is opened in E-mail
Preferably without Media player launching on screen.

I am trying to send Read-Only Word and Excel files in Outlook 2003.
But the moment I attach the file to the e-mail, the Read-Only access is getting disabled. If I click and open the file, then it is allowing me to freely edit and save without prompting me to save another copy like ...

Due to outlook space constrain for rules, I am not able to run all the rules
that I have set.
Is it possible to have a work around this? Such as create a macro to run the
rules (automatically on a daily basis or click of a button.....)?

Basic Information:  Using Outlook XP to access IMAP server.
Problem:  I have just started a new job which (for some random reason) uses
an IMAP server as its main configuration.  Okay, fine.  They provided me with
the Outlook setup information and NOTHING seems to be going my way. ...

I am using standalone, no exchange server, Outlook 2007 to retreive
POP3 emails.  It is working flawlessly with the exception that some
emails automatically disappear.  They come in and if I'm fast enough I
can get them open.  Otherwise they are gone.  No deleted folder,

If I right click my mailbox and assign my co-worker Reviewer permission on
my mailbox, will he be able to read all my emails?  (outlook 2003 and
exchnage 2003 SP2)

When I edit my signature for outlook, I use MS Word (what automatically pops
up for an advanced edit).  The signature looks great in Word, I save it, and
then when it is inserted in my email, things shift and don't look the way
that I had set it up.

I can't use the command line swich /f in outlook. the whole command is

Large files stay in my outlook 2007 outbox and send multiple times to the
send to without moving to my sent file.
How can I fix this it is frustrating both me and my customers?
