Is there a way to read the contents of an ARCHIVED PST FILE without using or
opening outlook?

iI "lost" my standard toolbar, so I tred repairing Outlook, then
re-installing.  Neither worked, but now I have a more pressing issue.  I am
unable to delete messages from certain outlook folders (like one I set up for
pop messages from a second e-mail address).  Nothing happens ...

When an email is deleted from Outlook 2003 SP3 and Outlook is closed, the
deleted email appears in the "My Documents" folder.  The file extension
differs everytime an email has been deleted and appears as follows:  "s1n8.9"
...the next deleted email may have ".4" or ".A" etc.  We ...

I seen this problem with many people and it’s still happening with MS Outlook
users.
The problem is that sent message get stuck in Outbox and MS Outlook try
sending it again and again. I am getting message that:

can we add colours to the folder that we create in the outlook 2003

When I export emails from Microsoft Outlook into Excel files, the file size
for this Excel is so small, will it only include email message only without
attached files? If yes, could anyone give me any suggestions on how to export
emails including attached files together?

I want to add an email received into the body of a meeting notice i am
sending out to participants.  I am use to Lotus Notes were this is easy to
accomplish.  What do I need to do in Outlook 2007?  Can someone help me.

My old computer died but I am able to access the hard drive from an external
drive case. I need to retrieve my mail, contacts and calender. How can I do
this.

Is there any way to automatically or manually add a "pre" meeting preparation
time to a meeting (like 15 minutes) that will show up on my calendar but not
on the other attendees?  Therefore, it would block out time to prepare, as
well as give me a notification.

Is there any way to receive only in Outlook 2007 without Sending at the same
time.  I do not necessarily wish to send every time I receive email.

Does Outlook 2007 have the 2 gb pst file size limitation?

on 3 April my outlook express stopped working. I have been in touch withh
talktalk my broadband provider and checked all my settings and everything is
correct, I am able to access web mail so the problem is not with talktalk but
with microsoft outlook but I am unable to dicover ...

I don't understand what scanpst means by 'errors found in this file'.
My outlook.pst file is around 10 meg. I get around 10 emails per day and add about 2 or 3 entries in my calendar per day and maybe sync with my mobile twice a day.
I consider myself to be a very lite user.
