I edtied a document of mine and put it in a new document. When I sent the
"new" document  in an email, it showed as a "docx". At least one person could
not open the docx. What is the difference between a "doc" and a "docx"?

When I export messages out of outlook it does not export the full message
from the body of the email.  Only a small portion.  Is there anyway around
