Cannot send with either GMail or Yahoo accounts. The error I am getting is: 0x8004210B: The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. Outgoing server set up correctly, ports also set up correctly.

Sometimes my Outlook 2007 doesn’t open. I must logout and login, then Outlook asks me if I want to start in Safe mode. After I choose to open in Safe mode I can close and open normally. Why does this occur and what can I do to resolve this issue?

I have set up half a dozen rules in Outlook 2003 to try to automatically manage spam and other routine list-serve mail. None of them run and despite looking through much on-line support I cannot solve the problem. The rules are of two types:

When I exit Outlook, the file does not actually close. When I open the application again, it opens at the pont of attempted close. This presents a problem since I have two Profiles. I am not permitted to chose the correct profile since this screen is not presented. I must reboot ...

Recently when I receive email from stalpes, costco, pennys, etc I get the message that extral line breaks were removed and the message was converted to text. When I convert it back to html the graphics come up but none of the links work.
