Hi All,
I am looking for a tool that can eliminate duplicate emails, either because
they are sitting on the same folder, or because the user received the email
multiple times due to multiple alias / email addresses / DL membership.

After I add a task my outlook freezes. Using task manager to shut down
outlook doesnt fix the problem, because the next time I run outlook it
freezes when I click the Tasks folder. I have to sync with my mobile delete
the tasks to get outlook to work again.

I have problems with receiving e-mail from AOL here is the delivery
message sent to the aol account.
I wonder if anyone can help me to solve this problem.

I am trying to receive a zip file and it comes across as encrypted or
garbled.  The sender is sending it correctly, folder with the zip, but I

In Outlook 2003 I could view a week as scheduled events rather than the
hourly schedule. Then, if I clicked on Work Week View it showed hourly

All of a sudden, Outlook 2007 only shows very large fonts in the message
field.  There is no way to alter the size of the font; only the type.  All
fonts are the same large size.  Any way to correct this?

How can I insert a clip art image in a new mail message?  When I choose
insert Object a box comes up to choose from but I can't get to Clip Art
Editor from there.

I cannot find ANYWHERE a legend for the various icons in Outlook 2007.
This appears to be a complete oversight on the part of the programmers.
Hello Microsoft, can you explain please what the various icons mean, or can
anyone?  I have tried googling, but to no avail.

How do you delete an incorrectly typed email address from showing up in the
auto-completion list?  (I do not have it in my address book... only typed it
in wrong once but it still pops up now when entering the first x characters
of the email address).

User has both Word and Outlook 2002 SP3
He is merging data in Word directly to email.  However, when he looks at the
email in the Sent Folder, most of them are blank in the To: field.  Of 18
recipients, only 4 were sent, the other 16 show nothing in the To: field.

I have a number of emails in my inbox i need to send emails out to, some of
them have been forwarded, and as such the address is in the email and not

I have Office 2007 for Windows, and I want to be able to either save all
emails or all emails up to 180 days. Anything after that would be in
guess in the Archives section.
I'm not sure how to set this up, or if it's even possible.
