I got an email from a user using outlook 2000 with pdf file as an attachment.
I'm using outlook 2003 and don't see the attachment.
But when i forward the email to anybody i see the attachment is there.

User called and informed me that she recieved the following error whenever
she tried turning on Out of Office Assistant:  "The Command is not
available."

I logged on today and the send button is missing from the office outlook main
page and I can't get it back.  How do I get it back
