Is there a way to force an attachment to be an icon in the body of a message
rather than showing in the attachment bar at the top of the message in the
header?

I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista Business. When I click 'Reply' to an
email, the ribbon at the top of the reply window disappears, there's just a
void blank space. If I cancel the reply and click 'Reply' again, all is well.
This happens frequently. Is this a known issue or ...

I would like to change my message from plain text or html ro rich text.  When
I open the message and go to the format menu Rich text is not available.  Why
is this?

I have just loaded and installed this add-in but cannot find it anywhere on
my computer - not in programmes or in outlook itself - it is in add and
remove programmes though. How do i start this backup programme please?

I keep getting error 0x80048002 when i try to send and receive emails.

How do I group email addresses into one button from my contacts list?  I need
to be able to send out one email to a mass group without having to retype or
copy/paste their address each time.

Anyone seen this before?
In my archive foilders only, if I right click and go to properties, the description is in an asian language. I'm in Australia and Vista is set to English.

I am showing sending messages but there is nothing showing in the outbox.
When it is finished, nothing shows up in the sent box either. I then
sometimes get delivery failure notices for mails that I did not send.

I want to add additional stationery to Outlook so I have downloaded some from
MS Online.  They download as Word Documents.  Where should I save them so
they are accessible as stationery in outlook?  I would like to use them to
customize email messages.

I'm using Outlook 2003 and have Gmail set as my pop 3 server. I've always
been able to send emails from Word or Publisher through Outlook, without
actually having Outlook open at the time.
But I must have changed a setting because now the emails sit in the outbox

Whenever I send an attachment through Outlook, the recipient receives the
email without the attachment.

I installed Office Student and teacher edition 2003. Restarted my computer
and clicked on the outlook icon, and an error message said MAPI32.DLL is
corrupt or the wrong version. I reinstalled it a few times and it said the
same thing. Please help.

I noticed that the emails I sent out had an error in the EMAIL Address (I
left the O out of COM when I set up the account. SO here’s what I did to try
to correct it.

I can not see received tasks in reading pane (view-reding pane options is
turn on) . I could see received messages in reding pane but when someone send
me task i can't see it in reding pane.
Could someone help me? Thank you
