Is there a way to change the level of junk e-mail protection you want through the registry. An example would be changing it from No Automatic Filtering, to Low. I tried using RegMon, but I couldn't find anything. Thanks for the help in advance.

When I our user double clicks on a MS Outlook email it doesn't open & then it ends up as 'Not Responding' up the top. We've tried resetting his profile & also reinstalling MS Office as well including uninstalling it then re-installing it.
