Does anyone know if there is a way to NOT save an attachment with the sent email, in the sent email folder? I have a number of people who do this which clogs up the exchange server.

Our sales people connect through a VPN to our Exchange 2003 server to send and receive mail using Outlook 2007. It is all working fine except for one user. He can send and receive mail without incident, but if he replies to an Email it just sits in his outbox.

Help! My boss signed in to the Outlook on my computer because he wanted to use my contact list. Once he did, Outlook imported all his e-mails and now he has nothing in his original inbox. Is there any way I can move all his emails back to their original place?

I have outlook express 6 and down in the right hand corner it reports the number of new messages that I have. But the problem is that it's reporting 5 times the amount of new e-mails I really have. Any clues on how to fix this???

I've been running into an odd problem when I Auto Archive. Outlook 2003 will create an archive calendar of my search folders. This would be a minor annoyance if I could delete them. But if I delete the new and erroneous archve calendar, it deletes the search folder as well.

In previous versions of Outlook I could drag an item from one group within a folder to another group within the same folder. In doing so the Subject would change to reflect the new group. I don't seem to be able to do this with Outlook 2003.
