I have a client whose co-worker's email keeps going into a certain subfolder
instead of her inbox. Both are using Outlook 2003. There aren't any rules set
up and we've recreated the folder but her mail still goes there. Hers is the

We're using a hosted exchange solution, and one of the users cannot see mails from others from the same domains in Outlook.
However if he uses Outlook webmail they show up fine..
