Hi does anybody have a light to shed on this dilemma for me users share their calenders and assign Calender permissions but after a restart of the exchange server these permissions tend to dissappear ...I am clueless what might be causing this ...any hint greatly appreciated --

We've determined that we get approximately 50 calls per month to our support desk for the "red X" appearing in place of images in Outlook 2003. In researching this, we found the solution to delete the contents of the OLK* directory and this has worked.

Is it possible to change the appearance of how a Task print out? Specifically, I'm not interested in having the fields for Percent Complete, Total Work, Actual Work or Owner appear when I print the Task document. How do I keep those fields from printing?

In my experience with both outlook 2003 and 2007, for certain e-mail formats I receive (probably rich text and html), my reply text is auto-formatted as blue, and slightly indented for the obvious reason of differentiating it for inline responses to the e-mail I received.

Any way to actually have Microsoft fix really basic bugs? Again, I'm stunned at seeing that expensive Outlook 2007 doesn't work on basic stuff as freeware and $19 sharewares do. How can I ask MS to fix bugs?
