When I click on reply in a message, the reply message window has my toolbars reversed. That is, I want my standard toolbar on the left and my formatting toolbar on the right (they're on the same line). They are reversed in replies, but not in new messages.

When I make a new appt with start and end times in Outlook 2007 Calendar the end time date automatically changes to the next day and i must manually sdjust it back; is there a setting somewhere to keep the date the same as the start time?

I've seen them one websites mostly. A company or group will have a list of upcoming events with an option (button) to have the date of that event added to their Outlook calendar in just one click. I would love to be able to send out e-mail invites with this option included
