When I sort Sent Items by the To field, I would like to sort by the email
address, not the name in quotes.  Since it defaults to the name in quotes,
the dates are out of whack.

Hello, using Outlook 2007 SP1 on Windows XP (fully patched).  For
whatever reason, the Ctrl+arrow or Ctrl+Home keys don't work reliably
