OK, I think I am seeing a conflict in the way things are supposed to work.

is made about cached mode and being connected...
Outlook must be able to access the server to obtain this information.

Hi,  I have an end user who is having the first letter of each line of an
email getting cut off.  If you reply to the email, you see the first letter
of each line.  This has just started happening today and it is not happening
