I created a document using Word from Microsoft Office X on my Apple and then emailed it to a person who hass Word from Microsoft Office 1998 and uses Windows, they tell me that they cannot download my attachment, help?!

When I try to Insert Hyperlink in my Word 2000 document, the command is dimmed. Control K doesn't work either. If I try to add the icon to my toolbar (Customize), it disappears.

Whats advantage of using PDF files, instead of DOC Files? I heard PDF files can be opened anywhere (in any OS) with the Acrobat Reader program. Is that not true with MS Word DOC files? I have seen some DOC Viewers

When a template is created, how can you rearrange the order in which the "ask fields' are prompted. Also, can you use text boxes in a template where the user is prompted to enter information?

If I type the hyphen several times and press ENTER, Word will automatically generate a line to repalce the several hypens typed. That is fine. However, I find no way to delete the line so generated. How to delete this line?
