I am constructing a multipage document with a cover sheet
and several continuing pages which have a header and
footer constructed in table format. each cell is dedicated
to one of the form fields shown on the cover sheet.

I have a 400 page PDF file and I need to select 21 pages and copy them
to a WORD document.
I have a full version of Acrobat 4
I have failed to copy multiple pages.

Using Word 2000, I typed "ask the pilot" and hit enter.  Word inserted
a picture of a Palm Pilot.  Hovering over the word "pilot" indicates
that it's a PilotDesktopIcon.  Any idea why this is happening?
