I am using Word 2002 on XP Pro.  I have tracked changes
settings set to show insertions and deletions within the
body of the text (the old way), not with balloons in the
margins (the new way).

This is a little hard for me to explain, but I'll give it a go.

find that any body can open that file in notepad and delete all the cotents
(no one would ask you to enter password)..................

After much searching I cannot figure out how to insert an
address into a word document that includes a company name
as well as the contact name. I can do one or the other but
not both.

In Envelopes & Labels, a return address was mistakenly
added in as a default.  I would like this area blank.  
Please advise as to how this address can be deleted.

My tab key was originally set to move one cell to the
right.  I don't know what I did, but it is now jumping 11
