document files have become "read only".  I have not
changed anything that I am aware of.  How do I prevent

I write a activex control to open word doc(use delphi), but when I refresh

I opened a Japanese file one Internet explorer which opened up Word.
Ever since whenever I try to type using Word I can only type from top
