how come some letters are set at 100% zoom and others are
set at 75% zoom   i change it and want to save it but it
doesnt work when i go back in it returns to what it was
originally set at

I (and my three staff) use Microsoft Word 2002 with Windows XP
Professional.
We are changing over from standalones to a network setup.  I would
like my staff to be able to "see" the many macros and Auto Text

Is there a German language converter that plugs in
seamlessly to word 97? How do I get it and is it a
Microsoft product. Can you switch between English and
German language with whatever product is recommended? Help
