When I go into a header/footer I cannot insert Autotext entries as when the
"Insert Autotext" button drops down, there are no entries in it

Is there any possibility in Word to convert capitals to lower-case letters?
It is easy to do the opposite, but I have not found any way to transform a
word or a sentence in capitals to lower case.
I remember that this was an easy, and very handy, operation in Word Perfect.

When I try to print the list of first and/or second level
