I started a long manuscript document with single-space line spacing. New
paragraphs were double-spaced by hitting return twice.
Now I need the document double-spaced but I don't want the each new
paragraph quadruple-spaced.

Up till now clicking on an icon for a  winword document would open the document in word, as you would expect.
Now, with no intervention from me clicking on a document icon, opens word, but not the document !
Anyone have any ideas on what has happened, or what I can do to bring it ...
