I recently installed Office 2003 & am having a problerm with the following.
When I try to use the envelope wizard in Word & I click the address book, I

message saying "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail

  I have a program to place into MSWord2002 and need advice.  The program
is an old Word Perfect program that used macros and merges throughout to
operate.  Basically, there is an single and married personal information
sheet for name, address, date, NAME in caps, up to 20 items ...

I'm numbering some pages and have used the 'different first page', so that
my page numbering starts with page 2. However, I'd like page 2 to also be
blank, and to start numbering with page 3. I'd sort of like to do this
without adding a new section.

hi, I was updating a document when one time that I looked
up and see backward q's and dot's between every word and
alot of arrows pointing at tabs or spaces. My laptop has a
touch pad and sometimes my palm has brushed over it and

I have Word 2003 and can't open any word documents. That
is, I can not open documents I created or those that
others have created.
The same goes for Excel.

I started encountering errors opening word files after installing latest
security fixes from the MS site.  I can't open any files and receive the
note that the file is not available.  When I try to close word, the program
wants me to save the Normal Template file, even if I haven't ...

I want to change the Power Options that XP uses when the Welcome Screen is
displayed - that is when no user is logged on.
How do I do that?

If I am in a document and go to a hyperlink, when I hit the " back" arrow or alt-left arrow, it does not take me back to where I started. It jumps sometimes to a link I was at three links ago or to the top of the document?

How can I see all my fonts displayed on the screen at the same time?
Currently, I can only see one at a time. Having them all up is faster
than clicking them one at a time. I use Word and Excel 97.

How can I copy a program record to a cd ?

I've recntly loaded Word 97 onto a new laptop.
Lately, when I open a document I get the message
"C:\...\(file name)is being used by (my name).
Do you want to make a copy." Why is this happening?

I have inserted a picture, selected the Format|Picture
option to change the layout of the picture to Tight or
some other layout.  But when I change back to Normal View,
I can no longer see the inserted picture, except in Print

When typed a wrong address and sended the email, the wrong address
is of course saved to the Word's "address database". Then I send a new
mail with the correct address. Now I have two address in the "address
database" to the same location; one is correct and the other incorrect.
