I have a long document and the page numbers go back to 2 in the middle of the doc. When I go to the page in question and open the footer, the correct page displays. And when I close the footer it reverts to displaying 2.

I have adobe pdfmaker loaded on my system. This has added macros to my normal.dot. These macros are causing some people's email systems to reject documents from me. I can't seem to delete these macros to send a clean document. Can anyone help?

On a few occasions, Suzanne Barnhill has given me complete insturctions how to create a shortcut which would open word (xp) with the last document edited (mfile1 switch). I have used it successfully.

We've just migrated to Word 2003 and are having a problem with Word automatically continuing to create new "Styles" based on individual paragraph formatting changes. I've already turned off "define styles based on your formatting", but Word continues to create new Styles -
