I created a spreadsheet for work and want to restrict my employees. I want them to be able to enter data into the cell and not be able to make changes once it's saved. Is this possible?

I have often sent documents as attachments to emails from within Word by clicking on File, Send To, Mail Recipient. This would open Outlook Express and Create Mail, with the document there as an attachment.
