When I select Multiple words in WORD and try to delete
them (by pressing the delete key) I get prompted at the
bottom to Delete Block? What's up with this and how can I
change it?

Sometimes it happens when I recieve a Word document from someone else by
email, other times it just seems to happen without any obvious cause. How

last saved.  Printing is not an issue at all -- these documents ar
