I hav e tried repeatedly to insert a tiny clip art in an address label with no success. The Help files say it can be done.  I have Win XP Home Ed., Office XP with MS Word v. 2002, SP 2.  Thank you.

When I use the fully justify icon in a paragraph,
sometimes the last line in the paragraph has so few words
that there is a large space between words. Is there a way
to left align only the last line in a paragraph ? If not,

If I press CTRL ALT then a number between 1 & 4, I'm supposed to get the
corresponding Heading style.
This works fine in Word 2002. In Word 97, it works for Heading 1 to 3, but
not for Heading 4 - instead a Euro (currency) sign appears.

Often I cut and paste portions of documents from the web or from a PDF file
