Does anybody knows how to stop Word 2003 to re-size the inserted picture in the page, pictures does not keep the original size ! Word keeps changing the size of the inserted pictures. Thanks

I have a Spanish keyboard and most it works ok. Same keys have three characters, and the third character seems to be selected when I press Control and Alt together with the key. But at times nothing happens- the one I am certain about is the @ in Word or Outlook with Word as editor.
