I have a very strange problem. I have a document that I have numbered 1 to 17 in the headers - it has been done through Header toolbar under add page numbers. Everything looks fine on the screen and in print preview, but when I print it every page says 1 of 1, 2 of 2, 3 of 3, ...

Is there a way to permanently remove a default return address so it doesn't print (other than deleting it manually every time or clicking on the Omit option)? I want the box to be blank.
