I used a Topaz sig-gem to record a signature block.  How do I place that electronic signature on a word document?

1. I added proofing tools to Office 2003. I added German
and I want to add the German keyboard. How do I do this?
2. I want to have the icon in the tool bar to change
languages? How do I do this?

I have a document that I am using footers and am printing it duplexed. HOw
can I set the footers to print on the outside of the page. LIke you can do
in page numbering?

I have had difficulties opening documents in Word 2003. The documents seem to be Read-Only however there is no tick in the Read-Only box in the documents properties. Assistance in unlocking the document would be greatly appreciated.

I want to create a command button in word that
automatically creates an email with subject, recipient,
and attach the filled-out .dot to the email. Routing slip
is not what I want.  Any ideas?

Using Word 2002 with Office XP.

I have a Word document with a set of User Defined styles
tied to an Outline Numbered Template; i.e. SP1 (Level 1),

IN word 2002 the menu choices are compressed slightly, which is very
annoying.
(ex: click FILE...)
I would like the menus to be expanded all the time.

In previous versions of WORD when I clicked on FILE< OPEN DOCUMENTS...there
was a list of previously opened word documents.
Where is that list on WORD XP?

I have asked this before...but it has happened again and I have forgotten
the answer.  I view the toolbars and standard and formatting are both ticked
but they do not both appear.  I have reinstalled office.

I have Windows 2000 and Word 2000. When I am selecting text and get to the
bottom of the screen, Word starts scrolling so fast that I have selected
text to the bottom of the document. It is impossible to just get one or two
lines on the following page. Is there a way to slow this ...

I've made a new template based on the Normal template, but with the Normal
style being double-spaced. Headings 1, 2 and 3 have not been altered.
All three Heading styles have 'Normal' set as the style for the next

I recently had to reboot my system. Well I deleted word and
now I can'r find my registration or product ID number to
reinstall it. Every time I try it ask for the number and it
