I don't have word installed on my computer but a disk came with it for Word 2000 the computer is not a new one. When I go to install word ir asked for a 25 digit number of certificate of authenticity but I did not receive a number

Hi, my problem is when I try to scan text into a word doc, what I get is not what I sent. sometimes the sentences are half here and half there and not in order. sometimes the pages are shuffled and merged together, if there are columns scanned they are all merged or else listed ...

When I insert images (JPGs, BMPs) into the text Word2003 always resizes them what makes them blurry and simply too large. How can I force Word to maintain the screen resoluton of those images? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have the student/teacher edition of Office. During launch the computer said I could register online or by phone. I chose to register online and then it told me my browser didn't support the website or something like that.

A friend of mine who was working on an MS Word document (more than 200 pages) had a problem when the electricity went out. After the power came back and she tried to open the document MS Word said something like that: Please be sure that the extension is .doc and try again.

I wanted to try Microsoft Word in order to write my Ph D. The basic problem I have is the style of the installed fonts. If you look at a written LaTex Document and a Word one, it's easy to see that the LaTex one is easier to read as the letters are thinner and "prettier".
