To my heading 2 styles I have included All Caps. That works OK, when I apply style to paragraph, it changes All Caps. The problem is in TOC. When I make TOC, it does not obey me. The heading there stays low.

In Word 2003, I always like to have the horizontal ruler showing. However, when I start Word, it's not on the screen and each time I have to hit View, Ruler. And then when I start Word again after having closed the program, same thing. Is something amiss? Thanks,

I have form letters that require the same number typed in two places o the letter, is there a way to type the number in one place and have i fill in the second place with the same number. This is a locked document with Text form fields to be filled in.

At work I have a template for writing formal letters. It has the office header on it. The problem is that if someone writes a letter with two pages then the second page also has the header on it. We do not want this.
