In my Word 2003 document, there are three sections. In the footer of the
first section, I want to have "page x of y," where y is the total page count
of the first section. In the second section, I want to have "page x of y,"
where x is "1" and y is the total page count of the second ...

I like to have print preview display 2 pages side by side. For some reason,
this is no longer working. I can have it display 2X2 or 4X4, but the 1X2
option just leaves it as single page. Any idea what might be going on? Word
