Remove Acrobat Toolbar?28 Aug 2004 13:14 GMT2
Hello all. When I installed Adobe Acrobat 6 it put a toolbar in MS Word
2003. I can remove it under View/Toolbars, but next time it's back.
Any way to permanently remove the Acrobat Toolbar?

I have a user on Office 2000.  Outlook 2K as well as Word 2K work
fine.  But when she tries to send a document directly from Word, she
gets the message "The host 'http' could not be found. Please verify
that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'http',

right margin with a long, dotted red line to where the comment is
inserted.  Mousing over it in any view view still doesn't make it pop up

I'm not sure what my friend did ... and the file is thousands of miles from
here, but apparently she was working on a Word 97 document, and somehow the
Word doc frame became blank (??) and she went to quite and in a spactic
moment clicked "yes" when prompted as to did she want to ...

I copy some text from a webpage to paste into a word document. Why does it
take so long for the text to appear in the word doc when I choose paste? Is
there any way of speeding up this process? PC is fairly fast on everything
else - not running slow or anything like that.

With Office 2000 I was able to sort on this window pane by type so that,
in the left pane, all folders were listed first, followed by individual
docs. Then, in the preview pane on the right, all docs listed in a
selected folder were sorted by date (most recent first).

I created a memo today using one of the templates that comes with Word
97.  I have wrote the memo and saved it with the filename I wanted.
Any time I attempt to close the document after making a change I am

Is there a way I can convert the header/footer to body part?
The reason is that I have many word files, they all have header/footer,
I need to combine them, but after combine them, I need a overall
header/footer, also keep the original header/footer in the body part.

The product description for Word in Suite infers that it's the same
product as stand-alone Word; yet the price for the stand-alone product
